How we communicate and send packages to you

We will never make a cold sales call to you for any reason. All personal phone and email communications will be at your request or intended solely to conduct specific business related to your order or account with us.

When we call you, our representative will only identify our company as a hair replacement boutique or “New ” — unless they are speaking directly with you. Also, all of our postal mail and shipped packages are discreet and will identify our company as Hair Replacement Boutique

Our Email Newsletter — We offer an informative newsletter that is sent to our subscribers via email. We use Omnisend to manage this newsletter, ensuring this newsletter will only be sent to you at your request.

• Shipping, Returns & Warranty Men’s hairpieces & women’s hair toppers and wigs qualify for free standard shipping across the United States.
  *Supply orders less than 3lbs and over $200 are also eligible for free shipping
  (Certain large objects, such as mannequin heads, are excluded)
  Express and overnight options are available at an added cost.
  All estimated time frames refer to business days only . Orders with full payment submitted on and before 4:30 pm (Eastern Time) will be shipped out the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
  Orders with USPS courier might take up to 48 hours of handling time 
  **Please note that overnight orders may be subject to delay for various reasons (Inclement Weather)
• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order, based on your package’s tracking number, to return your untouched hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipment paid.
• A restocking charge of $15.00 or more per item will be automatically applied if the returned item is not in its original condition and packaging.
• If you have selected a final sale option, such as base cut, hair styling, bleached knots, perm, or any service that alters the hairpiece permanently, the hairpiece can no longer be returned or exchanged.
• Any special requirements need to be addressed at the time the order is placed.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend choosing 

Hairpieces Warranty

Superhairpieces grants a 30-day limited warranty on validated hairpieces, covering excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If you have lost more than 15% of hair during this period, Superhairpieces will be happy to repair your hairpiece or wig free of charge.  Please note that once the unit has been sent to the factory, there will be a few months’ wait time. During which time, you will need to provide your own unit.

In addition, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience any future hair loss issues after the factory repair.

Any issues that occur 30 days after the purchase date, warranty will void the warranty and will not be accepted.

**Please note that v-looped-based models are not included in this warranty as they are disposable units. These models include the  

**This warranty does not include any units that have been permed, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, or mishandled by the client themselves.

**All sales are final once the hair system has been altered. This includes Cut, Color, Thinned, Trimmed, etc.

All items located in the custom orders, overstock, and clearance categories are final sale, no return, no exchange, no refund.

All online service items, including base cuts, haircuts, perms, bleached knots, and coloring, are final sale. There is no return, no refund, and no warranty once the hairpiece has been permanently altered.
